events after AHM..

woah..yesterday's Army Half Marathon was quite a chore!
though i didn't jogged much- quite a relaxing one, my legs are now feeling numb and sore all over!
now suffering the pain within the calf muscles and ankle regions.
but i muz say it was quite an enjoyable experience jogging with the whole SAF family..haha.

anyway, i met guoyin at the end of the run. he was part of the medical support i think.
haha..i sneaked up to his back and put my arm on his shoulder with my head down.
told him deliriously like some sick patient " hey dude..i dun feel good..."
he very enthu wor. he asked what happened to me..to which i rose up my head and grinned at him.
then he realised it was me.XD

we reminisced about the past a bit after which i departed for the blue sector at the floating bay.
dat was when i heard from others that someone had collapsed after his 21km competitive run. Unfortunately he died even after medical aid was given within 30 seconds after his collapse.

damn..life is very unpredictable.
