sure like to complain a lot..

juz some bad memories in my own company...

a few of us got selected for NDP.then we have been going for rehearsals consistently...under the hot sun with the helmet and LPV on.

as we march tidily under the scorching sun, beads of sweat juz continue to drip..dehydrating our bodies...by the bit.

for 9 hours on every sat burnt..juz like that u know...forgoing any possible weekend activities too..friends ask me out on sat and every time i reject most reluctantly.

yet, a few of the non-NDP participants from my company juz bitch on abt the guard duties they have to do..they even went further to count the number of guard duties they had to do compared to us..wa kao..call themselves frens ah?-_-

they moaned and complained abt the slightly more guard duties they had to do.

cant they like even put themselves in the shoes of those who are involved in the NDP?

yea..sure...they suffer the fate of having to stand out by the gate with rifles on.

but wad abt us?

we nv suffer meh?

we suffer a hell lot more deal than them la...firstly, we stand under the sun..secondly, we are carrying the SAR21 weapon with helmet and LPV on. we still gotta march a long distance and stand still for god-knows-how-many minutes, close to an hour.

not to mention everything in precision and accuracy too.

a mistake made would cause a restart in everything.
